Application Criteria

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
1. Low-income family subject to consideration of needs.
2. All amputees must be certified by a Medical Officer that he/she is able to have the device (prosthesis).
3. Applicants should not be on the waiting list for Government’s subsidized Prostheses.
4. Relevant medical reports and household income statements must be submitted for assessment by the LPC panel. Applicants who meet the above criteria will be assessed by the LPC panel to determine the amount of financial aid for a suitable prosthesis to be given to the applicant.
