The Clinical Divisions of the Department of Orthopaedic specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery in SGH and NUH provide a range of specialised medical and surgical care to help patients. The Medical  Social Services Offices in both hospitals extend Social, ComCare, and other assistance to patients especially the lower-income individuals and families.
